This Mental Health and Addictions Nurse role requires a dedicated qualified with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and experience in community health. You will conduct evaluations, implement care plans, and work closely with a team of health professionals. This position is ideal for nurses with a strong background in mental health and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate personalized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Conduct suicide risk assessments and crisis interventions




• Utilize therapeutic communication techniques effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with current CNO standing
• Minimum two years of mental health nursing experience
• Knowledge of concurrent disorders preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and clinical judgment
• Experience in community health or addiction services
