This role encompasses leading the accounting team and managing the smooth operation of accounting functions. You will be responsible for supervising daily transactions, leading month-end calls, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders for compliance. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct accounting operations ensuring timely transaction processing
• Manage bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies
• Lead financial reporting and month-end close procedures




• Collaborate with auditors and internal teams
• Promote process improvements within the team

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred
• At least 5 years of accounting experience with supervisory role
• Strong grasp of financial reporting and compliance
• Proven ability to manage tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager preferred
