The Global Fulfillment Asset Protection & Health & Safety (AP‑H&S;) team plays a business-critical role in protecting people, assets, and operations across the network. Through an integrated approach across safety, security, and investigations, the team ensures safe, compliant, and resilient operating environments.

core responsibilities
The Manager, Health & Safety, Toronto owns the day to day execution of health and safety across the Toronto campus. This role is the safety authority at the campus, delivering the standards, programs, and safety curriculum set for the network and providing expert guidance to site leaders. This role brings the network safety standards, programs, and curriculum to life on the floor, and works alongside site and Operations leaders as their trusted safety partner, building capability and confidence across the campus.

Deliver and sustain the Health & Safety program at the Toronto campus, applying network standards, procedures, and governance to site operating conditions.

Serve as the safety subject matter expert for the campus, advising site managers, supervisors, and Operations leaders on regulatory obligations, hazard control, and risk mitigation.

Ensure safety school is delivered at each campus site to network curriculum and quality standards.

Lead, coach, and develop the campus safety team, including scheduling, performance management, and capability building.

Own safety performance at the campus by analyzing incident trends, near misses, and compliance outcomes, and presenting findings and mitigation plans to campus and Operations leadership.

Maintain compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations across all campus sites.

Chair or co-chair the Joint Health and Safety Committee at each site within the campus, manage the inspection cycle, and drive resolution of committee recommendations.

Lead incident and injury response, investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-through.

Manage workplace injury reporting, early and safe return to work, and modified duties.

Serve as the point of contact for Ministry of Labour inspections, orders, and follow-up at each campus site.

Coordinate life safety and evacuation readiness, including drills, first aid coverage, and emergency response procedures required under provincial legislation.

Maintain audit-ready records, compliance evidence,



and training completion reporting.

Support site leaders in reinforcing safety expectations, learning adoption, and capability development across the workforce.

qualifications

3+ years of occupational health and safety experience within manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, retail, or similar environments, including direct people leadership.

Working knowledge of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulations, and of WSIB reporting and return to work obligations.

Demonstrated experience delivering a safety program in a high-volume operating environment, including incident investigation and root cause analysis.

Experience chairing or supporting a Joint Health and Safety Committee.

Experience delivering safety training and certification to frontline and operational teams.

Strong communication, influence, and coaching skills, with credibility across Operations and site leadership teams.

Comfortable operating across multiple sites and shifts in a 24/7 distribution environment.

Post-secondary education in occupational health and safety or a related discipline. Professional safety certification (CRSP, CSP, or equivalent) preferred, and First Aid, CPR certification required or obtainable on hire.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $116,200-$152,600 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement
In-person collaboration and office-based work is necessary and important for this role. Work is performed onsite, 5 days a week, depending on role requirements. Work will be performed onsite in Brampton, Ontario.
