Jabil in Prince George, VA is seeking a Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs in a manufacturing startup workplace. You will partner with production, engineering, quality and operations to identify skill gaps, create targeted learning solutions, and drive continuous improvement on the new factory startup.
The ideal candidate has a HS Diploma and 0-2 years in manufacturing or training, with knowledge of Lean principles.
