Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive transportation strategies to meet business objectives.
Oversee daily transportation operations, including route planning, fleet management, and carrier relations.
Manage and mentor the transportation team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.




Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
Implement and manage transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize operations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management or a senior logistics role.
Proven track record in fleet management and optimizing transportation networks.
Strong understanding of transportation laws and best practices.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in transportation management software.
