Key Responsibilities:
• Review and organize tender documents from procurement platforms
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) for technical clarifications
• Manage client review cycles and document revisions effectively




• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Maintain accurate project documentation in internal systems

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years in project coordination or industrial automation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with SCADA systems preferred
