In this role, you will:

support the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes used across Camecos Canadian operations in alignment with process-based management methodology.

use and lead various analytical tools and methods, such as data analysis and root cause investigation, to identify opportunities and implement solutions for increased process efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.

develop and maintain process maps, process documentation, and related resources to support business objectives and end-user adoption.

facilitate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address challenges, document requirements, validate process or solution design, and ensure alignment between business objectives and process outcomes.

navigate and build consensus among cross functional teams and stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial outcomes and end-user adoption.





provide subject matter expertise and guidance on P2P processes, practices, and improvements.

support data-driven decision making by preparing reports, monitoring key performance indicators or key behavior indicators, and communicating process-related information to a variety of internal audiences.

Required:

Bachelors degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field;

Minimum five years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, and/or supply chain process improvement;

Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;

High level of computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software;

Robust experience with process mapping, workflows, analytical tools, or process management tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio, lean, etc.).

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
