This full time position is for an experienced Clinical Engagement Lead in Surrey, BC, responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of the Meditech Expanse system. You will need a Master's degree and seven years in clinical management with a focus on healthcare project development. Engage directly with clinical teams to validate processes, provide training, and ensure the project aligns with Fraser Health's vision for patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning and clinical system development
• Collaborate with CCIOs for system advancement




• Achieve project objectives through effective scrum methodologies
• Represent nursing and allied health in design discussions
• Facilitate change management and stakeholder education

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in health related discipline
• Seven years in complex management roles
• Five years in clinical information implementation
• Valid BC Driver’s License and personal vehicle
• Equivalent experience considered
