As the first point of contact for HR inquiries, you will deliver guidance in areas such as payroll, employee documentation, and recruitment. You will team up with leadership for conflict resolution and follow the Alberta Employment Standards Code closely. Your experience will support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding, assisting with benefits and performance management along the way.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support for employee lifecycle activities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders




• Facilitate compliance with employment standards
• Support conflict resolution and investigations
• Verify payroll accuracy and assist with leaves

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of HR experience in diverse environments
• Familiar with Alberta's employment legislation
• Skilled in HRIS and Microsoft tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed
