This specialist role involves collaboration with diverse departments, reporting to the Vice President of Systems Engineering. You will focus on developing and implementing configuration processes while managing technical baselines for various aircraft systems. Your insights will guide audits and change management, impacting crew training for the Royal Canadian Air Force.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain configuration systems and processes
• Manage technical baselines for aircraft systems effectively
• Support configuration audits and change analyses
• Direct Configuration Control Board meetings
• Provide robust configuration status reports
Requirements:
• 10+ years in aerospace, engineering, or related sectors
• 5+ years of experience in engineering design
• Understanding of aerospace configuration standards
• Experience in facilitating CCBs
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
