In your role, you will be pivotal in shaping the skills of Local Study Operations Managers and ensuring trial implementation aligns with both local and global strategies. Your leadership will guide the management of timelines, budgets, and the study portfolio’s success. Partner with the Country GSSO Head to create an optimal workplace for clinical research that fuels innovation within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive LSOMs’ successful management from feasibility through close-outs
• Qualitatively oversee portfolio progress and challenge resolutions
• Facilitate strong collaboration with strategy and local study teams




• Evaluate risks and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Build a high-performing team through mentorship and resource management

Requirements:
• Master’s degree & 6 years or Bachelor’s & 8 years of execution experience
• 7 years in life sciences with clinical trial oversight
• Experience with CROs and managing clinical operations regionally
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams across functions
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations for clinical trials
