In this role, you will assume complete responsibility for Accident Benefits files at the License Appeal Tribunal. Your work will drive case resolution while contributing to the team through knowledge sharing and improvements in litigation processes. Engage in client communication and ensure compliance with all deadlines and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle LAT Accident Benefits files from start to finish
• Monitor and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines
• Create and update templates and precedents for the team




• Present case law updates to stakeholders and clients
• Enhance team culture by sharing insights and supporting peers

Requirements:
• Paralegal program or P1 LSO License preferred
• 2+ years of experience in litigation relevant to insurance
• Familiarity with statutory accident benefits procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and communication tools
• Solid multitasking and problem-solving abilities
