Join our compassionate team at Sources as a Community Living Worker on a casual basis. Support clients with intellectual disabilities and autism through engaging and empathic interactions across various shifts.

As a Community Living Worker, you will play a crucial role in fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for individuals in residential care. You will be working collaboratively to implement positive behavior support strategies while ensuring a protected and supportive environment. You'll focus on building meaningful relationships and guiding clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement positive behavior support strategies
• Maintain a secure environment for clients
• Collaborate effectively within the team
• Document client progress and experiences
• Engage actively in community and home-based activities

Requirements:
• Demonstrated empathy and self-awareness
• Integrity and initiative in all duties
• Physical capability for diverse client needs
• Valid driver's license necessary
• Experience in mental health or related fields
