Candidates should possess significant experience in PACU and ongoing commitment to professional growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess patient conditions post-surgery
• Implement therapeutic measures for effective recovery
• Use Cerner applications for record-keeping
• Engage with patients and families in communication
• Support adherence to safety protocols in care

Requirements:
• Active Ontario College of Nurses registration
• 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Completed relevant nursing courses (PACU)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proven focus on patient safety and team collaboration
