Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as shift leader overseeing all security functions
• Lead incident response and document actions taken
• Ensure compliance with operational and documentation standards
• Handle scheduling, training, and performance assessments
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for smooth operations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in security
• Relevant post-secondary education an asset
• Proven conflict resolution and incident support skills
• Certification in First Aid Level C is mandatory
• Alberta Driver’s License required for this position
