Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and motivate a team towards operational excellence
• Enhance capabilities in business banking and advice delivery

• Support business banking solutions with lending under $100,000
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory standards

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a business banking role
• At least 2 years in leadership or mentorship capacity
• Knowledge of CuSource 345 or 346 - Commercial or Ag lending
