Job Description This is a casual/relief/on call (seasonal) position.
As a Distribution Utility you will:
Assist in the efficient and effective reclamation, processing and/or distribution of goods and donations.
The incumbent will be knowledgeable of and strictly follow all legislative safety procedures.
Customer focused, can maintain their composure, and has the ability to communicate and build relationships.
In doing so, the candidate will be action oriented, drive results, and will stride to become an expert in their role through continuous self-development and learning.
Ability to undergo applicable screening and background checks successfully that are satisfactory to The Salvation Army, in its sole discretion.

Compensation Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $21.86 to $23.79 with a maximum of $25.72. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
