About the Role Our client, a significant entity in the telecoms market , is seeking a detail-oriented Telecommunications Business Analyst to join their strategy and development team in Kimberley . This role is integral to understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for technological improvement, and translating these into functional requirements for new systems and services. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions align perfectly with strategic objectives and deliver maximum value within the telecoms sector.
Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for technical teams.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the telecoms industry.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
Develop process flows, use cases, and data models to illustrate system requirements.
Support the testing and implementation phases,



ensuring the delivered solution meets specified requirements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
Strong understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in creating requirements documentation, process maps, and system specifications.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
