In this role, you'll oversee relationships with high-risk Business Credit Members in the Small Business Banking lending portfolio. With a minimum of five years in relationship management or small business credit, you will need strong analytical and negotiation skills. You'll also work closely with insolvency professionals to minimize credit losses and foster proactive risk management within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with Members and insolvency professionals
• Develop strategies to return high-risk loans to performing status




• Track market and regulatory changes influencing recovery strategies
• Support compliance through timely monthly reporting
• Maintain Watch List summaries with action plans

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Small Business Credit underwriting
• University Degree in Business, Finance, or similar
• Solid analytical skills in financial statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
