Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise direct reports and provide coaching
• Improve invoicing and collections processes company-wide




• Enforce internal cash management controls
• Handle bank reconciliations and adjusting entries
• Facilitate job cost revenue reporting

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• At least 5 years in a management capacity
• CPA designation is desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities
