In this vital role, you will oversee and support the operational aspects of distributed equipment and systems, primarily through remote monitoring, diagnostics, and guiding on-site personnel. You will be the first line of defense in identifying and resolving operational issues before they escape, leveraging advanced monitoring tools and your technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Monitor the performance and status of remote equipment and systems using specialized software platforms.
Conduct remote diagnostics to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues and performance anomalies.
Provide clear, concise instructions and support to on-site personnel for maintenance and repair tasks.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, predict potential failures,



and recommend preventative measures.
Generate detailed reports on system performance, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to develop and refine operational procedures.
Requirements Proven experience in field operations , technical support, or a related operational role.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems relevant to the client's assets.
Proficiency in using remote monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to guide remote teams effectively.
Demonstrated abilityto work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
