Become a pivotal part of the Jewish Community Centre as a Senior Finance Director. This position focuses on fiscal strategy, team leadership, and community connection.

In this role, you will manage the financial operations for both the Prosserman JCC and Schwartz/Reisman Centre. Your leadership will guide the finance team while ensuring accountability and compliance with financial regulations. Engage with senior management and the Board for strategic financial decision-making in line with our community’s values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial and business operations of PJCC and SRC
• Direct long-term planning, budgeting, and audits
• Generate accurate financial reports per GAAP guidelines
• Manage departmental accounting and cash flow oversight
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Canadian C.A. or C.G.A. certification required
• Minimum of 5 years in finance leadership roles
• Non-profit experience advantageous
• Proficient in financial software and Excel
• Solid ability to work independently and meet deadlines
