Your team-oriented approach will ensure alignment with engineers, plant maintenance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process optimization initiatives across the organization
• Develop and implement sustainable manufacturing standards
• Deliver improvements in production rates, costs,



and efficiencies
• Prepare analytical reports and performance charts
• Collaborate with design engineers to enhance production processes

Requirements:
• University level Engineering degree required
• 2-3 years of food manufacturing experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
