Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver information on CJS services via various platforms
• Guide clients to court alternatives and resources
• Support clients in accessing legal information effectively
• Ensure proper filing of court documents per guidelines
• Maintain resource materials for staff training

Requirements:
• High school diploma with four years related experience
• Knowledge of Alberta court processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Capacity to de-escalate challenging situations
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
