As an integral part of our Accident Benefit Claims Department, your expertise will help ensure we provide top-tier service. You will be responsible for investigating claims, engaging with clients, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to manage cases effectively. The goal is to exceed client expectations through innovative decision-making and thorough follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough investigations of claims and coverage
• Implement case management plans with external providers
• Negotiate settlements and authorize payments up to $75,000




• Participate in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution
• Maintain organized files for all assigned claims

Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in insurance
• Actively pursuing Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) courses
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
• University/College Degree required
• May require a provincial adjuster license
