Join Ideal Siding as a Senior Human Resources Manager in a hybrid setup to lead our HR function. Support a growing team while ensuring effective people practices.

This part-time role involves 20 hours per weekend with two days spent in the Burnaby office. You will provide HR guidance to leadership and managers of a 40-member head office team. Your strategic oversight will cover recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while also focusing on long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise leadership team and department managers on HR matters
• Oversee full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
• Manage workplace concerns and employee relations issues




• Coach managers on performance and development expectations
• Ensure compliance with BC employment legislation

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience
• Robust knowledge of BC employment standards and best practices
• Proven ability to manage HR functions independently
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Must reside in Metro Vancouver and work in-office two days per week
