With over 25 years of experience, we have grown to include kitchens, pastry, beer, wine, and cocktail programs. We're looking for an experienced Coffee Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join our team for day or evening shifts and weekend availability.
This is a hands-on role. You'll work alongside the team and roastery manager to keep the shift running smoothly, help solve problems and make sure our guests are well looked after.
A big part of the job is supporting staff. You'll use our Fantastico SOPs and training materials to make sure we're providing the same high level of friendly, knowledgeable service every day.

Responsibilities & Qualifications We're looking for someone who:
Has solid restaurant and coffee bar supervisory experience
Supports and promotes table service model
Is organized, reliable and notices what needs to be done
Cares about good food, coffee and hospitality
Is happy to jump in and help wherever needed
