This role supports the Health Promoting Schools initiative, collaborating with partners to improve community health outcomes. As a member of the Healthy Communities team, your expertise will drive evidence-based strategies and health equity through flu programs for young children. Make an impact by addressing oral health needs and building coalitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement fluoride varnish programs
• Partner with local schools and communities
• Assess community health profiles to identify needs




• Advocate for oral health policy and system changes
• Build networks for collaborative health initiatives

Requirements:
• Diploma in Dental Hygiene; Bachelor's preferred
• Licensed member of a provincial regulatory body
• Proven experience in health program development
• Strong understanding of population health strategies
• Competencies in French are an asset
