Reporting to Rebecca Ma, this leadership role focuses on developing Interac’s multi-year compliance strategy. You will monitor regulatory developments and advise executive leadership on effectiveness and priorities. Your expertise will strengthen compliance practices across operations, bridging gaps and ensuring successful integration of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute enterprise compliance strategy and roadmap
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risks
• Advise leadership on compliance effectiveness and program priorities




• Lead the development of compliance policies and governance structures
• Collaborate with Legal and Internal Audit for risk management

Requirements:
• University degree in Business, Law, or related field
• 10+ years in compliance, risk management, or governance
• Experience in designing compliance frameworks
• Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk
• Exceptional communication skills for executive reporting
