Official Internal Job Title: Disability Case Manager I Status: Regular Job Description: À titre d’agent(-e) en gestion de l'assurance santé, vous aurez à vérifier, traiter et analyser les demandes de prestations d'assurance santé des produits spécialisés. Vous pourrez mettre de l'avant votre esprit d'analyse et votre rigueur alors que vous travaillerez avec plusieurs contrats différents. Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
Effectuer l’analyse des renseignements contenus aux dossiers qui lui sont attitrés et pour lesquels peu ou pas d’interventions internes et externes sont nécessaires.
Tenir compte des dispositions contractuelles, des preuves médicales et/ou de décès, des programmes gouvernementaux, des politiques et des procédures internes.
Communiquer principalement par correspondance les décisions prises ou les recommandations selon qu’il s’agisse d’une acceptation aux prestations, d’une demande de renseignements additionnels ou d’un refus.
Effectuer le service à la clientèle en communiquant avec les assurés, les preneurs et/ou les bénéficiaires afin d’obtenir certains renseignements spécifiques et communiquer de l’information sur les demandes et en répondant à leurs appels, le cas échéant.
Effectuer des tâches techniques pour appuyer la gestion des dossiers qui lui sont attribués.
Interagir avec les systèmes informatiques pertinents pour mettre à jour les données et effectuer les paiements, le cas échéant, en tenant compte des particularités propres aux contrats et aux directives internes.
Vos talents et vos qualifications:




Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) dans une discipline pertinente
Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
