Support the community as a Physiotherapist at Wing Kei in Calgary, Alberta. This Part Time position (0.6 FTE) allows you to focus on rehabilitation and patient education mainly in office.
Wing Kei is looking for a skilled physiotherapist to contribute to its commitment to quality care for seniors. In this part time role, you will conduct assessments, design rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with other health professionals. Your efforts will help residents achieve greater mobility and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents’ physical conditions and abilities
• Create and implement individualized therapy programs
• Supervise Rehab Assistants and their activities
• Keep detailed documentation and MDS entries
• Provide educational sessions for residents and families
Requirements:
• Degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized institution
• Registered physiotherapist in Alberta
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with seniors is preferred
• Positive, flexible, and resourceful attitude
