Developsstrategies,preparesbusinesscasesandcost-benefitanalysis,andconductsfeasibilitystudiesforbusinessI&ITinitiatives.;

Conductsbusinessmodeling;usecasemodeling;conceptualandlogicaldatamodeling;processanddataflowmodeling;usecasesurveys;businessrulesdefinitionandnon-functionalrequirementsdefinitionforassignedprojects.

Monitorsprogress,resolvesproblemsandreportsregularlytoI&ITmanagementandclients;’decisionmakers.

Developsperformancemeasuresforbusinessanalysisevaluationandconductsfollow-up.
