As a Supply Chain Coordinator, Sales & Operations Planning youll: Support the development and maintenance of integrated supply and inventory plans within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process.
Monitor inventory positions across the supply chain and identify risks, imbalances, and opportunities to improve performance.
Complete inventory, shipment, billing, and sales reconciliations to support accurate supply chain reporting and decision-making.
Analyze supply chain data to support inventory positioning, corridor balancing, and grade distribution decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Canpotex to maintain alignment to the supply and inventory plan.
Support scenario analysis and planning activities by evaluating supply chain constraints, risks, and trade-offs.




Maintain data integrity across planning and operational systems, ensuring a single source of truth.
Identify and support process improvement opportunities related to supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP; workflows.
Prepare reports, recommendations, and materials to support S&OP; meetings and cross-functional reviews.
Youll bring: Bachelor's degree in Science, Applied Science or Business with two to five years of related experience.
Experience with supply chain modelling, financial modelling, or data mining is considered an asset.
Ability to work non-traditional business hours as required.
