This full-time position reports to the Manager of Sales & Operations Planning and seeks a skilled with at least 5 years of experience in forecasting and inventory analysis. You will develop statistical models, oversee production schedules, and enhance data-driven decision-making using SAP and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate forecasts based on annual budgets and sales trends
• Update PSI reports with actual results and variances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand planning




• Analyze sales trends and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain Power BI dashboards for insightful reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in forecasting and analytics
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Motorsports or Marine industry experience preferred
