With a minimum of 2-3 years in the industry, your role will focus on fostering strong relationships with customers and executing repairs meticulously. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose equipment and component problems thoroughly
• Coordinate with customers for repair authorizations
• Execute timely repairs both in office and in the shop




• Remanufacture components when necessary for repairs
• Document service records and maintain machinery history

Requirements:
• Valid trade certification or Journeyman Red Seal
• 2-3 years hands-on work experience
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and problem analysis
• Participation in Health & Safety training is mandatory
