Reporting directly to the Director of Capital Equipment & Supply Chain, you will engage with maintenance, project teams, and suppliers to ensure that all purchasing requirements are met accurately. The successful candidate will thrive under pressure and possess valuable negotiation skills coupled with a collaborative spirit to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate requests for quotations and competitive bids
• Estimate values and analyze market pricing for purchases
• Prepare supply contracts and procurement documents




• Update and maintain procurement records and inventory levels
• Assist departments in preparing cost estimates with vendor input

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Business or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in a Buyer role
• Familiarity with accounting and inventory management principles
• Solid organizational and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and handle stress
