About the Role Our client is seeking a sharp and insightful Financial Analyst to join their expanding team, supporting operations across various regions with a focus on their Kimberley presence, but operating remotely. This role is integral to providing comprehensive financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving financial performance. You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and developing financial models to support business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation purposes.
Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends and variances.
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.




Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by different departments.
Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.
Experience with financial modeling software and ERP systems is beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
