The Lead Coordinator will oversee transportation logistics for guests between staging areas and key meeting points. You will lead a team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication among stakeholders. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational details to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate guest exchanges to and from staging areas • Manage administrative tasks related to guest transfers • Monitor lodge and guest communication for transport • Lead the food and beverage program on coaches • Train and mentor new seasonal staff

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a related field • 1-2 years in a professional office setting • 1-2 years supervisory experience • Clean Class 5 driver’s license • High-end customer service experience preferred
