Ledcor seeks experienced Equipment Operators for road building in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Emphasize safety and quality while operating Excavators and Dozers in a dynamic work setting.

This role involves extensive operation of heavy machinery and collaboration with a dedicated crew on reclamation and road building projects. You will execute tasks such as grading and loading, while adhering to Ledcor's robust safety policies.

The position offers a structured schedule of 14 days on and 7 days off, ensuring a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate dozers (D6 – D10) and excavators (20 - 80 ton)
- Conduct excavation and material handling activities
- Perform pre-trip inspections and hazard evaluations




- Optimize dump setups for working efficiency
- Work collaboratively to hit production targets

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ heavy equipment operation experience
- Road building or mining experience highly preferred
- Ground Disturbance Level 2 and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as scheduled
- Completion of safety orientation certifications required
