Become part of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless as a Patient Engagement Manager at Stout Street Recuperative Care Center in Denver. This role focuses on enhancing patient well-being through activities and volunteer services.

The Patient Engagement Manager oversees activities and volunteer programs to improve patients' health and emotional well-being. This role requires developing engaging programs, recruiting and training volunteers, and fostering community partnerships. You'll work closely with staff to ensure programming aligns with the Coalition’s mission and patient care goals, creating an inclusive environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient activities and volunteer services at SSRCC
• Develop programs and classes for patient engagement
• Recruit, train,



and support volunteers
• Collaborate with community organizations to expand resources
• Manage departmental budgets and maintain documentation

Requirements:
• 2+ years in activities coordination or volunteer management
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License required
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
