Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with scheduling and payment collection for repairs
• Handle warranty claims through detailed estimates
• Take intake photos for collision vehicles




• Provide updates and respond to repair status inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer data in the management system

Requirements:
• Two years of relevant experience or college diploma
• Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and repair software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in auto claims or a body shop environment
