Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and improve community-based programs and services
• Coordinate activities to raise awareness of social needs
• Prepare reports and maintain program documentation

• Oversee the Home Support Program’s operations

Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Human Services or related fields
• Minimum two years of experience in social services
• Alberta Driver’s License class 5 is essential
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Solid interpersonal skills and effective communication
