Design and develop structured rubrics to evaluate AI outputs related to employee travel risk.
Analyze employee travel data and create scenario-based crisis response assessments.
Contribute subject‑matter expertise to AI model training and validation processes.
Monitor emerging global threats and translate insights into actionable evaluation criteria.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including HR, security, and AI researchers.
Draft and refine clear, concise documentation for training and evaluation purposes.
Review and provide feedback on rubric tasks to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Requirements Strong experience in crisis management, incident response, or business continuity planning.
Strong understanding of HR workflows, corporate security, and risk management practices.
Experience in travel risk analysis, risk zone assessment, and policy development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to design and evaluate structured reasoning or assessment frameworks.
Ability to work independently in a remote, cross‑functional setting.
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
