Join Fairmont as a Valet/Bell Attendant, responsible for creating memorable guest experiences on the overnight shift. Greet guests, manage luggage, and provide exceptional service at every turn.

In this contract role that lasts until January 15, 2027, you will ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to with personalized service. Your focus will be on operating vehicles for valet parking and efficiently assisting guests with their needs while maintaining communication with the team for seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional service to guests upon arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage handling and transport between vehicles and lobby
• Operate valet services per hotel policies and safety regulations




• Communicate guest needs and requests promptly
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license needed
• At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
• Preferred experience in bell or valet service departments
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 23 kg
• Available for wide-ranging shift schedules, including weekends
