You'll be instrumental in identifying and resolving impediments, ensuring the timely execution of project goals. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain a prioritized Product Feature Backlog and support overall business agility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups
• Provide coaching to ensure team adherence to Agile principles
• Identify and manage risks and issues effectively




• Build partnerships with Product Owners for efficient team backlogs
• Track squad performance and acceleration metrics

Requirements:
• 2-5+ years’ experience in Agile delivery
• Certified SASM or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in insurance or financial industries preferred
• Solid informal communication abilities
