WSP’s Property & Buildings team is looking for motivated Mechanical Designers eager to grow their careers. Your contributions will include developing design documentation and mechanical drawings, while working closely with experienced engineering professionals. This role provides exposure to HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create mechanical models and drawings in AutoCAD, Revit
• Support the design of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Conduct load calculations for building systems




• Participate in site assessments and construction progress reviews
• Collaborate with architects and vendors on projects

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–4 years of mechanical drafting experience
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards
• Ability to work independently while collaborating
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills
