IMA is excited to introduce IMA Ascend — a unique, early-career rotational program designed for recent graduates who are ready to launch a dynamic career in the insurance and financial services industry.
About the Program: The IMA Ascend Program is a 12–24 month, full-time, in-office rotational experience based in Denver, CO. Through structured rotations, participants will build a strong foundation in insurance while developing the skills needed for long-term success. Participants will gain hands‑on exposure across key areas of our business, including:
What You’ll Gain: Intensive, hands‑on training across multiple business lines
Participation in IMA University (IMA U) training programs
Support in obtaining industry licenses
Exposure to client service and account management
Mentorship and career development guidance
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a full‑time Account Manager role within one of IMA’s business units.
Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
Full‑time, benefits‑eligible position
In‑office role based in Denver, CO
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in risk management, business, or a related field
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Interest in building a long‑term career in insurance and financial services
