Working on a contract basis through July 2027, you will enhance project delivery governance while focusing on cost control and budget management. Collaborate closely with the PMO, Finance, and different vendors, ensuring accurate reporting and variance analysis to navigate a complex multi-vendor landscape. Your analytical skills will facilitate effective decision-making within governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development of project cost baselines and forecasts
• Analyze budget commitments and accruals for variances
• Generate executive report dashboards for program oversight




• Ensure consistency and compliance in project controls
• Track risks and validate project controls data accuracy

Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years in project controls for extensive programs
• Demonstrated experience in large multi-vendor settings
• Proficient in budget management and forecasting tools
• Expertise in tools such as Primavera P6 and Azure DevOps
• Relevant certification (PMP, AACE) is advantageous
