Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly system checks
• Communicate planned maintenance and outages effectively
• Manage ticketing for technology issues and escalate as necessary




• Assist with seasonal setup of equipment and systems
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and assets

Requirements:
• Background in computer science or similar discipline
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and knowledge of POS systems
• Cooperative and independent work capabilities
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi concepts
