Your work involves facilitating workshops and organizing events to foster family engagement in school life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and provide personalized referrals
• Help families navigate the BC education system
• Organize settlement workshops for community engagement
• Provide interpretation and translation for families
• Support schools in connecting with hard-to-reach families
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in English and Rohingya
• Two years of post-secondary education and relevant experience
• Understanding of immigration and settlement challenges
• Excellent facilitation and outreach skills
• Valid B.C. Driver's License required
